Holidays in a Rural Bulgarian Setting

We had a very warm welcome from Pete & Jane & their two dogs, Benji & Jodi when we arrived at PJVilla. Pete & Jane showed us the delights of the Dragijevo pubs & we had a lovely meal at George & Pepes Mehana. An evening of traditional Bulgarian specialties was arranged & Donka’s food was excellent.

 

The accommodation at PJVilla can only be described as excellent & the facilities (especially the welcome pool)  are second to none. The PJVilla chickens provided us with some wonderful eggs for breakfast each morning which started the day well.

 

Hopefully we will be returning later in the year & we look forward to more of the same.

We highly recommend PJVilla! Peter and Jane’s hospitality was tremendous! They took us out to a fantastic Bulgarian restaurant, organised a fishing day for us with a Bulgarian friend, were always willing to have a chat and even a drink with us! Our children loved it, they took the dogs for a walk, picked up the eggs, played with the toys Jane lent them and want to come back next year!

 

The green room we stayed in was elegantly decorated, spacious and exceptionally clean.
